Exhibitors and Traders
We sincerely hope you have kept safe and well and that your business has survived the disruptions of the corona virus pandemic.
We are delighted to announce that the 2021 Thames Traditional Boat Festival can now take place over the August Bank Holiday weekend for four days, Friday 27th to Monday 30th August. Our online booking system is now open, and enquiries are invited from anyone wishing to trade or take exhibition space.
We again ask traders and exhibitors to use tents erected by our supplier, Bucks Wigwams, who have considerably increased their stock. Rental includes a tent, pagoda or pavilion (depending on what is booked) ready for occupation on Wednesday afternoon.
3m x 3m Prime pitches will have pagoda tents or 9 x 3 pavilions housing three 3 x 3 units. There are other size options. Please let us know your requirements.
Bookings taken for the cancelled 2020 Festival have been held over to 2021 where requested, as have prices which are published on the 2021 Exhibitor Booking Form.

On Saturday and Sunday, we are encouraging boat owners, traders and visitors to adopt “Period Dress”
