From camping or glamping at the Festival itself, to more luxurious local options, the choice is yours
Trad Boat Festival Camping
Please note there will be changes to camping arrangements for 2025. These are yet to be finalised, but priority will be given to those actively involved with the Festival.
Plots will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis, as in previous years.
Tent plots are 6x7m minimum. Caravan/Motorhome plots are 7x8m minimum.
There will be a minimum booking of 2 nights.
Please also note that ALL Campsite Bookings will automatically include a single 3day Adult pass, and the online ticket price will be added to your booking. Further personal entry tickets can be purchased from this form.
Wristband passes will be included in your Campsite Booking pack.
Wristbands can also be purchased on the Gate.
Health and Safety requirements mean that no vehicle movements, other than service vehicles, are permitted on the main Festival site during published Festival opening times. Any vehicles arriving within these times will be held in the Main car park until 6 pm on any of the opening days.

Try hiring a luxury bell tent from Rent Bell Tents of Marlow. They will deliver and erect the tent of your dreams to the Festival campsite, and take it away for you afterwards.

Phyllis Court Club
